First time trying this place and we will be back again. If you haven't been there it's worth the drive.
Food was great and waitress was great also( very attentive ). I had the whole catfish ( you could tell they were real American farm raised ). Wife had the frog legs and they were wonderful also. Atmosphere was good, place was about 3/4 occupied. Place had been closed for past two weekends due to holidays. Weather was rainy/nasty so I figured that kept some people in. Anyway good experience overall.
The customer service is really good, everyone is so nice and the food taste a lot fresher than most places. This is one of my favorite places to eat

The food is terrific. Good portions, and piping hot when we were served. The atmosphere is exactly as you would want a restaurant to be. Friendly faces, and great staff, and owners.
Pier 27 is a hidden gem. Service is always good. Food is very good. Fish and shrimp are excellent. Many entrees for 15. Meals come with complementary gumbo or beans or both and hush puppies. We usually spend about 20 per person, and leave full and happy.
Husband's class reunion - small group - service was great, food was great! All the staff was friendly. No complaints from us at all. The staff even took pictures for us even though they were busy.
